Singlewall and doublewall on BHS and FOSBER corrugators
Paper reels travel along the automatic transport lines
to the corrugated containerboard production plant, where we turn them into singlewall and doublewall sheets. The machines are fully automatized and are equipped with all the necessary periphery. L-PACK uses a unique system of automatic order processing.
The orders are placed through a computer system
The list of orders is made in accordance with the priority. The operator gets the order information on the screen, while the machine is set up automatically. In case of emergency BHS and FOSBER specialists provide remote maintenance services to guarantee the proper work of the corrugators. Therefore, our customers can be certain that no technical default will result in delays of order producing.
Online tracking on the website
All production stages can be traced online in the customer’s account, which is unique and has no analogies in the paper industry in Russia.
Intermediate storage area
The sheets for the packaging production are transported to the intermediate storage area, and then to the converting lines, where we turn them into packaging.

We produce the whole range of corrugated board types and profiles

Web width is 2500 mm, maximum length — 5500 mm. Maximum speed of the corrugator is 400 m/min, max. production volume is 40 mln m2 per month.

The plant produces singlewall and doublewall corrugated cardboard, including micro corrugated cardboard, made of pulp and recycled raw materials. Board types: T21 — T35. The height of the board depends on the chosen raw material. It influences the carrying capacity of the box in a stack: the thicker the board, the more the carrying capacity. Our specialist will advise you on the board type and profile in accordance with your needs.
